This ZIP uses manual installation with Developer mode and Load unpacked.
TCS-i Packing Viewer
For your Windows desktop WMS.
Select a WMS window and view supported packing links in a separate companion window. Settings provides configuration and fallback loading options.

Download and extract
Download the ZIP above. On Windows, right-click it and choose Extract All; on macOS, double-click it. Move the extracted

Paste
chrome://extensionsinto the address bar of a new Chrome tab and press Enter. Browser settings addresses must be opened from the address bar.Turn on Developer mode
Find the Developer mode switch on the extensions page and turn it on. The controls for loading an unpacked extension will appear.
Load the extension folder
Click Load unpacked. Select the extracted
tcs-i-packing-visualizer-v1.0.1folder that directly containsmanifest.json, then confirm the folder selection.Confirm and refresh your WMS
Check that TCS-i Packing Visualizer is listed and enabled. Return to your WMS and refresh the page to start using the add-on.
A few things to have ready.
A desktop browser
Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on your computer. Install separately in each browser profile you use.
Permission to install
You need access to Developer mode. If your browser is managed, your IT team may need to approve installation.
A permanent folder
Extract the ZIP before installing. Keep the extracted folder in place while the add-on is installed.
Back to your packing workflow.
Once installed, the add-on runs automatically. There is no toolbar popup to open.
Open a packing recommendation
Refresh your WMS and open a recommendation containing a TCS-i packing link. The visualizer appears beside the detected link. Your WMS integration must already supply these links.
View the packing guide
Use Collapse / Expand to hide or show the panel. Select Open Packing Guide to view it in another tab. The viewer needs an internet connection.

Contact TCS-i supportWhich folder should I select?
Choose tcs-i-packing-visualizer-v1.0.1, the folder that directly contains manifest.json. If your extraction tool creates another outer folder, open it first. Select the folder rather than the ZIP or the manifest file.
Can I delete the extracted folder after installation?
Keep it in its permanent location. An unpacked extension runs from that folder, so moving or deleting it can stop the extension working. The downloaded ZIP can be deleted after installation.
The extension is enabled, but no visualizer appears.
Refresh the WMS page, check the extension's site access, and confirm the page contains a valid TCS-i packing visualizer link. This version recognises links on api.tcs-innovations.com with a /pack/view/ request path. Installing the extension does not create packing recommendations or configure your WMS integration.
The panel appears, but the viewer does not load.
Try Open Packing Guide in the panel to open the viewer in a separate tab. Check your internet connection and that the packing link is still available. If it continues to fail, contact TCS-i with the browser name and error message; avoid sending confidential order details.
Developer mode or Load unpacked is unavailable.
Your organisation may manage extension installation. Ask your IT administrator for an approved installation method. This download requires Developer mode and is intended for desktop Chrome and Edge.
How do I update or remove the add-on?
Updates are manual. Download the new ZIP, extract it into a permanent folder, remove the old extension from the extensions page, and use Load unpacked to select the new version's folder. Refresh your WMS page. To uninstall, choose Remove on the extension card.
